Women’s tennis beat No. 15 FSU
The USF women’s tennis team beat No. 15 Florida State 5-2 in its first dual match of the season Saturday in Tallahassee.
Redshirt sophomore Janette Bejlkova, senior Melissa Koning, senior Allyn Mueller, junior Natalia Guevara and junior Irene Rehberger each won their flights.
Rehberger and Koning teamed up to win the’No. 1 doubles match 8-6, while Mueller and Guevara won 8-6 in the No. 2 doubles match.
The Bulls, who entered 2010 No. 75 in the ITA rankings, travel to No. 4 Georgia on Sunday.
