Women’s soccer heads to New York
Junior goalkeeper Mallori Lofton-Malachi, who has five shutouts this season, will lead the South Florida Bulls into their second consecutive Big East conference road trip this weekend.
USF will travel north to play Syracuse on Friday and St. John’s on Sunday.
The Bulls enter with a 6-3-3 record overall and a 2-2-1 Big East record, placing them third in the Big East American Division. Lofton-Malachi leads the conference in shots saved (78), and has the seventh-ranking save percentage in the country (.897). If USF can get a third conference win, the Bulls will tie for the most conference wins in a season since the program joined the Big East conference.
