Bulls-UCF women’s game postponed
The USF women’s basketball team fell one spot from No. 13 to No. 14 in Monday’s AP Top 25 poll. The fall, however, is not due to losing but rather inactivity.
The Bulls (10-1, 7-0) have not taken the floor since Jan. 13 and the wait for their return has been extended as their game against UCF scheduled for Sunday was postponed.
A date to reschedule the game has yet to be determined.
This is USF’s seventh game in a row to be either canceled or postponed due to COVID-19-related issues.
With just over a month left before the first round of the AAC tournament, the Bulls will likely try to reschedule as many of their delayed games as possible before the postseason begins.
Barring any other setbacks or issues, the next game on the schedule for USF is a Feb. 13 matchup against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane with tipoff set for 4 p.m.
The game will be televised on ESPN+ and broadcast on 95.3/620 WDAE iHeartRadio Bulls Unlimited.
