Reminder: Men’s tennis plays Monday

The South Florida men’s tennis team faces Marquette at 2 p.m. Monday at the USF Varsity Tennis Courts. It’s the last game before the Bulls host the Big East championships April 16-19.

For three weeks, USF has dealt with injuries to key players.

Junior Thomas Estrada injured his wrist and missed two matches on the road last weekend, which USF lost to No. 19 Louisville and No. 43 Virginia Commonwealth.

Lucas Jovita, No. 75 singles player in the nation, has recovered from a wrist injury. Jovita and Estrada are ranked No. 44 in doubles.

Sophomore Romain Deridder substituted for Estrada in the last two matches after recovering from a rotator cuff strain.

The Bulls hold a 10-8 season record and the Golden Eagles hold a 15-6 record.
