The story: USF is on its first Big East road trip of the season this weekend as the Bulls travel to face West Virginia on Saturday. The Mountaineers own the worst record in the Big East and are one of only three teams without a conference victory. West Virginia won the only meeting between the two teams last season with a 3-1 victory.

Sunday, the Bulls face off against Pittsburgh (13-6, 2-2) in another conference match. The Bulls’ defense will focus on outside hitter Stephanie Ross. She leads the Panthers in service aces (14), is second in kills (227) and fourth in assists (118).

Middle blocker Johari Williams anchors the USF defense and leads the team in blocked shots (4), blocking assists (44) and is third on the team in points (174).

Keep an eye on: middle blocker Kristina Fabris. The junior recorded 16 kills during the Bulls’ last match against Marquette and ranks second on the team in service aces (14) and third in kills (134).
