Volleyball dismisses player
Volleyball coach Claire Lessinger has announced sophomore Michelle Stalbaum has been dismissed from the team for violating academic team policy.
Lessinger declined to comment further on Stalbaum.
The third-year coach also said sophomore Stephanie Bradley suffered a career-ending injury, resulting in her leaving the team and withdrawing from USF.
Lessinger was not at liberty to further discuss Bradley’s injury.
These two losses come on the heels of sophomore setter Kate Verhoff leaving the team to be closer to her Ohio home and sophomore middle blocker Ashley McDowell leaving the team due to family issues.
The Bulls went 4-24 in the 2005 season.
