USF is conducting a workshop on Friday, October 15 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Faculty Office Building, Room 100N, for those who want to learn more about graduate education opportunities available through Graduate Certificate programs. During this session, potential applicants will learn how they can gain valuable graduate education experiences in more accessible, focused formats than offered through traditional graduate degree programs.

Most USF Graduate Certificate programs can be completed in half the time required for a master’s degree and do not require the GRE test for admission. A number of graduate certificate programs lead to professional licensure, and all provide an additional credential and the potential for an interdisciplinary education experience. Up to 12 credit hours of graduate certificate course work can be applied to fulfill master’s degree requirements (with departmental approval).

Completion of a Graduate Certificate program increases competitiveness, enhances performance, and helps prepare a professional for the changing nature of his or her business. Anyone interested in pursuing a graduate education is invited to attend this workshop, which is free and open to the public. Please call the 813-974-2442 to RSVP.

If graduate education is in your future, one of USF’s 58 Graduate Certificate programs could be right for you today.
