Following the conclusion of the 2020 season, wide receivers Randall St. Felix and Terrence Horne entered the transfer portal seeking new programs to put their skill sets on display, which they have now found.

St. Felix, who entered the transfer portal in December 2020, has elected to transfer to Florida International University, per a tweet from SBNation reporter Eric Henry on Monday. St. Felix also now appears on FIU’s online roster.

After redshirting his freshman year at USF, St. Felix quickly made a name for himself the following season as he hauled in 33 passes for 679 yards and four touchdowns in 2018.

St. Felix’s 679 receiving yards in 2018 rank him eighth all-time for receiving yards in a single season at USF. He also registered four games with over 100 receiving yards that same year, a program record.

Only two receivers at FIU stand taller than St. Felix according to its online roster, thus he may prove to be a valuable asset for the Panthers.

Horne entered the transfer portal in January 2021 and has since opted to transfer to Western Carolina, per his June 8 tweet.

The speedy receiver out of Miramar High School made his presence felt against Georgia Tech on Sept. 8, 2018 when he returned back-to-back kickoffs for touchdowns in a win over the Yellow Jackets. He also caught a touchdown pass in that same game.

His two touchdown returns tied an NCAA record for the most in a single game and garnered national attention from the likes of ESPN.

Horne suffered a torn ACL in practice a couple of weeks later and was shut down for the rest of the year. The following season, Horne returned and caught two touchdowns for the Bulls in 2019 including a 24-yard touchdown snag in a win against East Carolina on Oct. 26.

In total, Horne tallied 15 receptions, 90 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns in his career at USF. He also registered 418 kick return yards on 14 attempts.
