USF women’s basketball delivered a thrilling game against Rice on Wednesday night, going into three overtimes before claiming an 82-77 win.
The Bulls extended their win streak to six and claimed their 10th conference win.
Graduate guard Sammie Puisis delivered a 3-pointer from the Bulls logo that gave USF the win.
Puisis didn’t realize how long of a shot she made in the moment.
“I didn’t realize I was that far out,” she said after the game. “I just shot it with confidence.”
