LYNN HAVEN – A Florida man has been arrested forallegedly hacking a Connecticut man to death and eating thevictim’s eye and part of his brain, police said Wednesday.
Tyree Lincoln Smith, 35, was arrested Tuesday night on a Connecticut warrant for murder, according to Lynn Haven police.
