News Brief: DUI checkpoint to be held Tuesday morning
A University Police press release stated that the DUI checkpoint would take place on Sunday. It should have stated, however, that the checkpoint is scheduled to take place Tuesday morning, said UP Spokeswoman Meg Ross.
The checkpoint is scheduled to be from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. Tuesday on Holly Drive, just west of 50th street. Drivers who are found to be intoxicated will face arrest and prosecution.
