Students relocate after toilet overflows

A toilet overflowed in Epsilon Hall Thursday night and flooded parts of the second and first floor, said Javier Leiva, a resident assistant in Epsilon.

“When it was flushed, it kept flushing and wouldn’t stop,” he said. “Water was spewing out.”

Leiva said when he found out about the problem, water had already begun seeping through the light panels of the first floor ceiling from the second floor.

He said about four suites were directly affected by the flooding, and the students living there were relocated for the night in Holly and Kosove.
