Pitcher Bryce Archie made his second start of the season, allowing one earned run in five innings.
The Bulls (5-3) got off to a quick start offensively, scoring four of their runs in the first two innings. First baseman Sebastian Greico hit a two-run shot in the bottom of the first to give the Bulls a 2-0 lead.
Outfielder Ryan Pruitt followed that up with a two-run homer of his own in the bottom of the second.
USF outfielder Marcus Brodil singled in the bottom of the eighth inning to bring in a run. Infielder Carter Murphy also scored on wild pitch.
Trailing by two, FIU (7-2) tried to battle back with a run by first baseman Brylan West in the ninth inning, but Bulls closer Landen Yorek slammed the door.
