UP investigates alleged sexual battery in Greek Village
University Police (UP) is investigating an alleged sexual battery at the Greek Village Building J.
The incident was reported Saturday around 1 p.m. and the incident reportedly happen between 1 and 3:30 a.m. The victim and suspect were both attendees at a party held at the building Friday night. No physical injuries were reported to police.
This is an active investigation and UP requests anybody with information call 813-974-2628.
