On-campus DUI checkpoint this weekend
University Police, along with the Hillsborough County Police Department, is conducting this semester’s third on-campus DUI checkpoint this weekend.
The low-manpower operation will be in effect from midnight Saturday until 2 a.m. Sunday.
The checkpoint may include locations just off campus, according to a press release.
UP and the HCPD conducted checkpoints on Oct. 28 and Nov. 11. Those operations resulted in no arrests.
