Kappa Alpha Psi won first place in the fraternity category Monday at the third annual Greek Stroll Off. More than 200 students, faculty and staff gathered between the Phyllis P. Marshall Center and Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza to enjoy the competition, music and free food.
