Score free food
Campus Food is an online ordering site created just for college students. This site features 1,000 restaurants and caters to millions of students from 200 college campuses across the country. The website currently works with five restaurants in the USF area, such as The Pita Pit, Five Star Pizza, Wing King, Domino’s Pizza and Wing Zone.
One student has already found the site convenient. “The web site was easy to navigate and provided a huge selection of food,” said USF freshman Joe Shaw.
To order, visit www.campusfood.com and select the USF from the list of colleges. If you are a first-time user, you will need to fill out a simple member profile. Choose the restaurant you want, and their full menu will appear. After selecting your items, proceed to the checkout screen and select your payment type (cash or credit). Delivery times vary for each restaurant, but students can expect longer delivery times during promotions, peak hours and bad weather.
In efforts to get students better acquainted with Campus Food online, the site is running a special promotion. The Pita Pit, Five Star Pizza and Wing Zone are all offering free items; just don’t forget to tip the driver.
Make sure to hurry, as the free food promotion is only good for one more week.
