A video about horse races, “post time” is similar to “cocker” in that it does not actually show the anticipated event. Levine ignores the horse race and instead delves into the loneliness of men who spend all their time betting on horses. Single shots of disheveled men staring at the latest race results are accompanied by upbeat jazz music. 

Many people entering the gallery left after the first few minutes of “cocker” and incidentally missed “post time.”
